C. Information Needed to Operate Your Digital Storefront

When you engage Fuelified as your managed digital P&A provider, we may process:

Fuelified processes this information only for the purpose of delivering our managed services.

2. How We Use Information

Fuelified uses collected information to:

• Build, operate, and optimize your digital P&A storefront

• Maintain marketing, merchandising, and promotional activities on your behalf

• Improve and develop our services

We never use client information for unrelated purposes.

3. How We Protect Dealership Data

Fuelified maintains strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect all personal and operational data, including:

• Encrypted data storage
• Encrypted transmission of all sensitive credentials
• Limited internal access to authorized personnel only
• Secure credential management systems
• Continuous monitoring and updates to meet industry security standards

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Fuelified treats all dealership information as highly confidential.

• We do not share, sell, rent, or trade dealership data with any third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
• We do not disclose competitive insights, catalogs, pricing, supplier information, or operational data to other clients.
• Upon contract signing, Fuelified enters into a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to further protect sensitive information.
• All proprietary content, integrations, findings, and operations are isolated to your dealership only.

Confidentiality is core to our operating model.

5. Data Sharing With Third Parties

Fuelified only shares information with:

A. Vendors or Platforms Authorized by You

Examples include ecommerce platforms, email providers, marketing channels, and suppliers needed to fulfill orders. We share only what is necessary to operate your digital P&A department.

B. Service Providers Working on Our Behalf

Examples include:

• Secure hosting providers
• Analytics or security tools
• Payment processing partners (for our billing)

These parties are contractually required to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or governmental authority — but only to the extent legally necessary.

6. Data Ownership

Dealerships retain full ownership of:

• Storefront data
• Catalog structure
• Order information
• Vendor and supplier lists
• Creative assets developed for the dealership
• Customer communications generated through your channels

Fuelified operates as your managed partner, not a platform that claims ownership.

7. Data Retention & Return of Information

Fuelified retains dealership information only as long as necessary to operate the managed service.

If a dealership does not renew the Annual Agreement:

• All operational access (storefront, catalog, vendors, integrations, etc.) is returned to the dealership
• All creative assets produced for the dealership are delivered
• All credentials and sensitive information are deleted from our systems
• No dealership data is used for future clients

We ensure a smooth handover so the dealership maintains full continuity of operations.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Fuelified uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Improve website functionality
• Analyze traffic and engagement
• Remember visitor preferences
• Enhance demo request flows

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but certain website features may not function properly.

9. Children's Privacy

Fuelified does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 16.
